Open Positions

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to drive Cuebly’s growth across Europe. In this role you will focus on cold acquisition: reaching out to system integrators and safety solution providers, introducing our platform, and building the first bridge to long-term partnerships.

You’ll be the first contact many potential customers have with Cuebly, so your energy, communication skills and persistence will directly impact our growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential system integrators and safety solution partners.
  • Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone.
  • Pitch Cuebly’s white label safety platform and generate qualified leads.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize messaging.
  • Maintain records of prospects and activities in our CRM.

What you bring

  • Experience in cold acquisition, lead generation or sales development.
  • Strong communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus).
  • Persistence and resilience; you enjoy the challenge of opening doors.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and translate them into customer value.
  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable working independently in a remote-first team.
