e-BBE9

BLE beacons for Emerit devices and the Cuebly app, with a battery life of 24 months or more.

TWIG SRD

Compact RF beacons for industrial and logistics sites, strong in buildings full of metal.

Any brand

iBeacon, Eddystone and Wi-Fi

Gateways

Building alarms, machines and other systems

Gateways bring alarms from outside into a scenario, so they reach the app, devices and the control room.

Security

Ajax Hub

Panic buttons and call points of an Ajax system, with which button was pressed.

Fire safety

Fire alarm panels

Building alarms from a fire alarm panel, through an Elexol ESPA 4.4.4 gateway.

Machines

Teltonika FMC650

Potential-free contacts and relays of machines, such as a stop or a temperature alarm.

Any system

Webhooks

SCADA, building management, access control or your own software can start a scenario.

Alarm receiving centres

Connected to more than 30 alarm centres

Alarms from any device or the app go straight to the centre that monitors them. Or take them yourself in the alarm environment built into Cuebly.

API and custom integrations

Build what is not on the list

Webhooks and a REST API connect Cuebly to almost any system.

Start a scenario from your own software, push alarms into a ticketing system, or read device status into your dashboards. For a new device brand we can build the integration with you.

  • REST API

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Which devices does Cuebly support?

Every TWIG and Emerit device, Teltonika FMC640 and FMC650 I/O gateways, the Queclink GL320MG tracker, the Eview EV-04, EV-06 and EV-12, any device using SCAIP, and the Cuebly app for iOS and Android. Beacons from Emerit, TWIG and any iBeacon or Eddystone brand work for indoor positions.

Does Cuebly update device firmware?

No. Cuebly configures devices over the air and shows the firmware version of every device. Firmware updates stay with the manufacturer’s own tools.

Which alarm receiving centres are connected?

More than 30 alarm receiving centres in 23 European countries. You can also take alarms yourself in the alarm environment built into Cuebly.

Which alarm protocols does Cuebly support?

SIA DC-09, SCAIP, REST, SOAP, MPTP and XML, plus many custom protocols. Ask us if your alarm centre uses another one.

How do building alarms reach the app?

Through a gateway. The Ajax Hub passes on which button was pressed, and fire alarm panels connect through an ESPA 4.4.4 gateway. The scenario then sends the alarm to the app, to devices and to the control room.

Can we connect a device or system that is not on this list?

Often, yes. Any system that can call a webhook can start a scenario, and the API covers the rest. For a new device brand, ask us about a custom integration.

Where can we find the setup guides?

Step by step guides for every device and integration are in the Cuebly Wiki.
