[#3422] Pincode on dashboard tile
You can now protect dashboard tiles with a pincode for added security. This feature applies to ‘start scenario’ and ‘new assistance request’ tiles, allowing you to restrict access to specific actions. When you configure a pincode on a tile, users must enter the correct code before the action executes.
- Set a pincode on dashboard tiles to control access to sensitive actions
- Actions trigger immediately when the correct pincode is provided
- Incorrect pincodes prevent the action from executing
- Ideal for dashboards in public places where some functions should remain staff-only
- Public triggers remain accessible while restricted actions require authorisation
