[#2989] Dashboard tile with device information
Discover a new dashboard tile that displays comprehensive device information. Filter devices by status such as online, idle, or offline, and choose which details to display. Including visual IDs, names, battery status, last locations, and custom fields.
[#3290] Possibility to change an app user’s phone number from the platform
App users can now change their phone numbers directly within the app. Account Admins also gain the ability to update any app user’s phone number from the platform’s device card.
[#3558] Enable sound options for dashboard tile open alarms
Enhance your notifications by enabling sound options on the dashboard tile for open alarms, allowing for better alert management.
[#3597] Sub-account manager overview
The Account overview now offers the option to display the Account’s Sub-account manager if one is assigned, providing clearer management visibility.
[#3601] Changelog removed from Account environment
In response to user feedback, we removed the changelog from the Account overview. It remains accessible in the system integrator environment, giving account managers discretion over customer update communications.
[#3647] Support for separate BLE and Wifi filter on TWIG devices from FW 02.026 and onwards
For TWIG devices running firmware 02.026 or later, separate BLE and Wifi filters for indoor positioning are now supported automatically by the Cuebly device configurator.
[#3667] Connect a PROM to an Account or Device
Whenever an ARC with the SIA-DC09 protocol is used, users can now connect a PROM to an Account or Device without needing assistance from Cuebly Support. Simplifying the process.
[#3680] Open alerts are merged with open alarms in the same tile
We merged alerts and alarms into one dashboard tile. Although the alerts tile is deprecated, existing alert tiles will stay functionally. New dashboards can use the alarms tile to show alerts, alarms, or both as desired.
[#3694] Show PROM number in device overview
Users can now view the PROM number in the device overview. This helps identify devices connected via the SIA-DC09 protocol to an ARC, and the PROM information can be exported.
[#3714] New translations updated in Mobile App
The mobile app includes recent translation updates, ensuring improved language support.
