Use case · Bailiffs

A personal alarm for bailiffs, for the moment the door opens

Bailiffs knock on doors nobody wants to open. Most visits go fine. For the ones that don’t, a hidden button or the app sends an alarm with the location, and someone listens in and sends help.

A visit that goes wrong

From a raised voice to help at the door

A control room receiving an alarm

Step 1 · At the door

The bailiff rings the bell

An ordinary visit to collect a debt. The Cuebly app is on the work phone, and a small button sits in the pocket.

Step 2 · Tension

The conversation turns

The debtor gets angry and blocks the hallway. Reaching for a phone would make it worse.

Step 3 · Alarm

A button in the pocket

One press on an Emerit e-B10 button paired with the app, or on a TWIG, sends a silent alarm with the location.

  • TWIG
  • Silent alarm

Step 4 · Response

Someone listens and acts

The alarm centre or your own control room sees the location on the map, listens in on devices with voice, and sends a colleague or the police.

  • Listen in
  • Alarm centre

Step 5 · After

The report is ready

Time, place and the response are in the log, for the incident report and a possible complaint to the police.

A polite way out

A timer that gets you out of the room

Set a timer for the visit. Don’t cancel it in time, and your phone rings.

Say a visit may take 15 minutes. If the timer isn’t cancelled in time, which can be done discreetly, Cuebly sends a voice message to your own phone: a colleague with something urgent. You excuse yourself and leave, or wrap up quickly. People usually accept that without question. It keeps the schedule on track, and if something is brewing, it gives you a natural moment to go.

  • Cancel discreetly when all is well
  • A call from “a colleague” when it isn’t
  • Leave on time, without a scene

Why it fits

Made for the doorstep

Nobody notices

A small button in a pocket or on the keys raises the alarm without escalating the situation.

A timer, if you want one

Optionally the bailiff sets a timer for a visit. Not cancelled in time? The alarm goes out by itself, with the last known location, even without mobile signal.

The location travels with the alarm

The control room knows where to send help without asking questions first.

Part of an aggression protocol

Many offices already have one. The alarm and the log turn it into something that also works on the street.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can the alarm be raised without the other person noticing?

Yes. A paired Emerit e-B10 button, a TWIG in a pocket, or a hardware shortcut on supported phones raises the alarm without taking out the phone.

What if there is no mobile signal in the building?

The lone worker timer also runs on the platform. If the bailiff doesn’t check in, the platform raises the alarm with the last known location.

Who answers the alarm?

You choose: the office, the control room of a security company or a 24/7 alarm centre. Alarms go out over SIA DC-09 and other protocols.

Do bailiffs need a separate device?

No. The app is enough for most. A separate device like a TWIG is there for those who prefer it.

How do I offer this to a bailiff office?

Create a customer environment for the office under your own brand, invite the bailiffs and set the response. You set your own price; you pay Cuebly per device.
