Every step has a setting you control from the platform.

No movement detected
The phone stays still for longer than the time you set.
Step 2
Pre-alarm countdown
The phone vibrates and sounds. The user can tap I’m OK to cancel.
Step 3
Alarm goes out
Nobody cancelled. This triggers the man down scenario with the user’s location.

Frequently asked questions
