Step 1
Start the timer
Before entering a basement, a plant room or a client’s home, the user starts the timer in the app. The platform starts counting too.
Step 2
Walk back and cancel
The countdown stays visible in the status bar. The cancellation time gives the user time to walk back into coverage and cancel.
Step 3
No cancel? The platform alarms
When the time is up and nobody cancelled, the platform raises the timer alarm. With the user’s last known location. Even when the phone has no signal.

Many teams still ask lone workers to call a colleague every half hour. That is easy to forget and hard to follow up. The timer is watertight.
Works without signal
The timer also runs on the platform. No coverage in the basement? The alarm still goes out if the user does not cancel in time.
Last known location
The alarm comes with the user’s last known location. So responders know where to start.
No alarm fatigue
Responders are only alerted when something is really wrong. No routine check-in calls. So every alarm gets the attention it needs.
A last chance to cancel
A pre-alarm on the phone warns the user before the timer alarm is sent.
