Release update 118 (18-06-2026)

Sprint 118 is here, and it brings three new features alongside one bug fix. This release focuses on improving scenario flexibility, strengthening ARC integrations, and ensuring that report language settings work as expected for Account Managers.

New & improved features

[#113] Latitude and Longitude are now supported as dynamic fields in custom body for webhook

The webhook scenario action now supports Latitude and Longitude as dynamic fields within the custom request body. Furthermore, this addition makes it straightforward to build your own ARC connection or proof of concept, laying the groundwork for a full ARC integration delivered by Cuebly.

  • Latitude and Longitude are available as selectable dynamic fields in the webhook custom body.
  • Use these fields to build custom ARC connections or proof-of-concept integrations.
  • Works within the existing webhook scenario action configuration.

[#14] Connect a Contact to a device

It is now possible to connect a contact directly to a device. Previously, you could only use the concerning device as the recipient for SMS, Voice, or email scenario actions. Now, you can also select the contact linked to a device as the recipient, which is particularly useful when a specific person must be notified whenever an alarm triggers from that device.

  • Link a contact to any device within the platform.
  • Use the device contact as a recipient in SMS, Voice, and email scenario actions.
  • The existing concerning device recipient option remains available alongside the new contact option.
  • Ideal for ensuring the right person receives alarm notifications from a specific device.

[#153] Forward connection change event to ARC

You can now forward connection change events to a connected ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre). This is especially useful when the ARC needs to act as soon as Cuebly detects that a device has gone offline. Additionally, just like any other scenario, you can schedule this one to fire only on specific days and times.

  • Forward device connection change events directly to a connected ARC.
  • Triggers when Cuebly detects that a device is no longer connected to the platform.
  • Supports scheduling to limit firing to specific days and times.
  • Follows the same scenario configuration model as other ARC actions.

Bug fixes

[#11] Report language respects language setting of Account Manager

When downloading a report from an Account whilst logged in as an Account Manager, the platform did not always apply the correct language. This release resolves that issue. The report now consistently respects the language that the Account Manager has configured in their account settings at login.
